At our company, we take the CAD data of aerospace components from our clients and turn it into a robust design with optimized lattice/cellular structures. Your structural system can be light, strong, reliable, and crashworthy through our novel design processes. Customized functional parts such as turbine guide vanes and blades or fuel systems can be fabricated through metal 3D printers.
Automotive parts with topologically optimized lattice structures are significantly lighter than their traditionally designed counterparts while still maintaining all functional requirements. Lighter parts contribute a reduction in fuel consumption. We work closely with our customers throughout the optimization process to ensure that the final design satisfies all of design constraints.
We design patient specific surgical implants by creating mass customized lattice scaffolds. The scaffold's mechanical properties can be matched to that of the surrounding bone tissues by utilizing our novel design methods. The mismatch between the scaffold and bone tissue's mechanical properties can be reduced, which will in turn reduce the side effects of current surgical implants.
